Diamond Hands ships worldwide, with orders typically delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your destination, local customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders of 5 boxes or more. For orders of 4 boxes or fewer, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment, based on your order and delivery destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Use the tracking link provided to follow your shipment and view the latest delivery updates. Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. Once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period or you believe your order may have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control can occasionally occur with international shipments.
